PRIVATE RESIDENCE,

CIUDAD COLÓN, 2015

This project was for a family with children.

They needed furniture that was very modern, but also safe. The clients wanted it to feel warm, so we used earth tones with accents in vibrant colors.

Varied grains in the wood, sourced from fallen trees, and neutral colored upholstery, contributed to the warm, comfy and natural look.

The carpets were hand made and most of the furniture was manufactured by local artisans.

GREAT ROOM, LOS SUEÑOS, MARRIOTT HOTELHERRADURA, 2014

This renovation project took place in the famous Los Sueños Hotel, a colonial building.

We were asked to create a contemporary look.

Without altering the rooms’ elegant, warm and welcoming appearance, we created a variety of ambiances.

Well appointed, yet cozy living rooms & meeting areas allow the customers to feel comfortable, while vacationing or working away from home.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE,

HEREDIA, 2011

The owners of this house, needed  a change in their life. Their house was very dark and they felt depressed in it.

Although they had a small budget, they wanted us to upgrade 4 rooms: the entry way, the living room, the dining room & the kitchen.

We decided to reuse as much as we could, so we refurnished their sofas and chairs, refinished every piece of wood, reused all her art and created an art gallery in the living room and the entry room.

We also created a hand painted mural to avoid the cost of wall paper.

As a result of our efforts, their home became a warm and welcoming place they now enjoy.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE,

VILLA REAL, 2007-2009

This modern and beautiful house, required elegant and minimal style finishes and fixtures.

That is why we used natural materials,

like stone, coconut panels and beautiful wood pieces.

Aesthetics was very important as functionality as well.

Every built in furniture, was designed to provide the most comfort and useful experiences to the occupants of this house.

KUÖ SPA, MARRIOTT HOTEL,

BELÉN, 2008-2009

The Marriott hotel is an iconic building that simulates the appearance of a colonial coffee plantation hacienda.

All the colors and textures were chosen to create elegant and modern environments, full of details to admire.

The main theme was coffee, so we chose elements from the coffee culture and industry to inspire forms and line of design, like the tools used to harvest and process coffee.

SIBÖ SPA, LOS SUEÑOS, MARRIOTT HOTEL

HERRADURA, 2008-2009

The new spa we designed for this gorgeous hotel, had the ocean as its theme.

We used lines and colors from the beach to provide a warm and natural style and feeling.

The furniture was manufactured by local vendors and we included natural stone finishes in this project.
